If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it (5) days after the package is received. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. All returned product must be in new condition and uninstalled. Shipping is non refundable. You must inform us via email (email@example.com) before you send back your items. All purchases are shipped via USPS. Each order will contain delivery confirmation. USPS does NOT offer delivery confirmation for international (outside U.S.) packages. The flat $7 shipping only applies to US residence. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. We try our hardest to ship out our products in a prompt manner but in rare cases, your package may takes a bit longer than expected.
